Jakarta, Tuesday, November 26, 2024 – The “NICE Interactions Jakarta 2024” event was held successfully at Hotel Mulia Senayan, welcoming 94 participants from diverse industries. As part of NICE’s CX World Tour series, the event highlighted how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is shaping the future of customer experience (CX), bringing together industry leaders and experts to explore cutting-edge strategies and technologies revolutionizing the contact center landscape.

The event began with a vibrant welcome by MC Meilani Trisartika, whose energy set a positive tone for the day’s insightful sessions. Ash Ramsammy, Country Manager of NICE, followed with an inspiring opening address, emphasizing NICE’s commitment to empowering businesses to create exceptional customer experiences. He outlined the agenda, preparing participants for the engaging discussions ahead.

The first session featured Maria Ellysabet Mena and Mawar Sianturi from Mandiri Contact Center, who shared insights into Bank Mandiri’s digital transformation journey. They highlighted initiatives such as Mandiri Call 14000 and the Livin’ by Mandiri app, which have revolutionized banking services with speed and efficiency.

Jun Aggabao, SVP of Client Operations at Teleperformance, brought his extensive global BPO expertise to the second session, discussing how NICE’s innovative solutions help organizations navigate operational challenges and transform complexity into clarity.

Mark Harington, VP of International Portfolio Pre-sales at NICE, led an interactive session on leveraging AI to transform CX. He demonstrated how mastering AI can improve service efficiency and quality, engaging attendees with practical examples and dynamic discussions.

The day concluded with a lively lucky draw, adding excitement to the knowledge-packed event. Attendees had the chance to win prizes, including MAP vouchers worth 1 million rupiah, a JBL Flip 6 Speaker, and a Hisense Android TV.
