Thursday, 25 July 2024 – The ESIGO ZOOM seminar was successfully held at Le Meridien Jakarta with 58 participants. This event succeeded in bringing together various experts and professionals in the contact center field in a meeting that raised important topics about DeepFake technology and artificial intelligence. Attended by participants from various backgrounds, this event offers in-depth insight into the latest trends and technologies that will shape the way we communicate in the digital world or contact center services. The following is a summary of the events and discussions that took place during the event:

Opening by MC

The event started with a warm welcome from the energetic MC, Dewi Paramitha. Its presence gave the participants a cheerful and enthusiastic atmosphere, providing the perfect opening for a series of interesting presentations and discussions.

Greetings from the Chairman of ICCA

Then, Andi Anugrah, Chair of the Indonesia Contact Center Association (ICCA), gave an official speech. In his speech, Andi Anugrah emphasized the importance of virtual communication in today’s interconnected world and explained the role of events like ESIGO in driving innovation and collaboration in the industry.

Greetings from the CEO of Esigo (Asia) Private Limited

Christopher Yap, CEO of Esigo (Asia) Private Limited, then gave a meaningful speech. Chris explains Esigo’s vision for the future of virtual communications and the company’s role in developing technology to meet evolving needs. His remarks provided a comprehensive overview of the event agenda and prepared participants for subsequent sessions.

“Zoom Workplace” by Webi Hapsara

The first sharing session was filled by Webi Hapsara, Senior Account Executive at Zoom Indonesia. Hapsara provides insight into the “Zoom Workplace”, discussing how Zoom is revolutionizing remote work and increasing productivity. His presentation provided practical tips on leveraging Zoom’s features to create a seamless virtual work environment.

“DeepFake Technology” by Christopher Yap

After that, Christopher Yap appeared again to discuss DeepFake technology. Yap explores the implications of DeepFake technology for virtual communications, discussing the potential and ethical considerations that arise. His presentation sparked a lively discussion regarding the future impact of this technology on digital interactions and content authenticity.

“Zoom Security” by Santoso

The next session was presented by Santoso, Zoom Partner Solution Engineer, who discussed Zoom security. This session is critical to understanding how to protect virtual meetings and data within the Zoom ecosystem. Santoso provides an in-depth look at security features and best practices, ensuring participants can navigate the complexities of virtual communications security with confidence.

Zoom Solution Demonstration and Interaction by Peter & Reza

The event continued with a live demonstration hosted by Peter from Esigo and Reza from Zoom, who demonstrated various Zoom solutions and facilitated an interactive session with the audience. This segment allows participants to experience Zoom’s capabilities firsthand.

“Jabra – Life New Rhythm” by Louis Sudarso

The final sharing session was delivered by Louis Sudarso, Business Development Manager at Jabra. His presentation entitled “Jabra – Life New Rhythm” introduced Jabra’s latest innovations in audio solutions and their impact on virtual communications. Sudarso’s insight into Jabra technology highlights the importance of high-quality audio in enhancing virtual interactions.
